This customer was looking to waterproof her basement as well as add support to the foundation walls. Here we installed an ArmorLock anchor system in conjunction with CarbonArmor straps to stabilize the walls. The implementation of this system will lock the foundation wall to the rim joist, stopping soil pressure from forcing the top of the wall inward and away from the framing. We also installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and our CleanSpace vapor barrier to line walls.

Our WaterGuard Drainage System

Our WaterGuard drainage system is installed along the perimeter of the basement. This system will effectively capture any wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor.
