This property had numerous cracks throughout the foundation, some were interior and others exterior. When we sent our inspector, Jeff Yentzer out to the property to assess, he knew push piers were the solution to supporting this customers foundation.

Interior Crack

Push Piers

This project consisted of 11 push piers. A Push Pier is a Galvanized steel tube that is hydraulically driven through the steel foundation brackets to reach load bearing strata. The weight of your home is then transferred from unstable soil through the piers and to the load-bearing strata below.

Push Piers are designed to stabilize or lift settling foundations.
