At this home the owner noticed that the first floor living space floor was starting to sag and reach out to our company for potential foundation lift. In order for our team to install our pier system we removed the soil to expose the foundation footing where we drive the pier. A steel bracket is then installed below the footing and once completed the team attempts to lift the foundation which will them settle it to it's original position.
Removal
Once we cut through the cement and dig down into the foundation the team will start the pier install.
Push Pier Install
Once this step has been completed, the crew will attempt to lift the foundation to it's original level
Concrete pour
After the Push Pier Foundation repair is safely installed we backfilled the soil and poured concrete to fully seal repair in place.
