This Baltimore County resident had Basement Systems out to another property of his for basement waterproofing. Leaving that property behind and purchasing another in the same county, it unfortunately had the same issue, when it would rain, water would enter in through the block foundation walls. Liking the waterproofing system that was installed at his other property, he reached back out to us for help.
We fully waterproofed this basement with the help of our CleanSpace vapor barrier, Waterguard, SuperSump Pump and IceGuard. Our CleanSpace is placed from floor to ceiling on the foundation walls and it is tied directly into the Waterguard perimeter drain. Any water that may think it is getting into this basement to cause issues, will be met by this barrier and it will be directed straight down to the Waterguard. Once water enters the Waterguard it will then travel over to the SuperSump Pump. SuperSump then takes that water and pumps it outside via the discharge line. As added protection for the basement, we installed our IceGuard on the exterior of the foundation, where the discharge line is. Thanks to the design of our Iceguard, it will stop any water from backing into the basement if and when the discharge line freezes in those cold winter months.

Recently, we tackled a challenging waterproofing project in Baltimore, MD. The homeowner reached out to us after a routine inspection uncovered several red flags – key among them being structural concerns and substantial moisture in the basement's sidewalls. This was particularly tricky as the basement was finished, which heightened the risk of long-term damage and added complexity to the solution process. On receiving the call, we promptly dispatched our specialist system design team to conduct a thorough analysis. Their inspection was meticulous, resulting in a tailored waterproofing strategy that promised not just to rectify the current issues but also prevent future occurrences. Our chosen plan hinged on two of our most reliable products: WaterGuard and CleanSpace. WaterGuard, an innovative interior drainage system, was to be positioned along the basement's perimeter. Its design would capture wall and floor seam water, channeling it away before it ever became a problem. Coinciding with this, CleanSpace, a durable, moisture-resistant liner, was to envelop the problem areas on the basement walls. Together, these solutions provide a barrier to moisture and redirect any water ingress effectively. Our dedicated production team worked meticulously, ensuring every aspect of the solution was implemented seamlessly.

Once the waterproofing and structural repairs were completed, we removed all the old paneling and installed the TBF EverLast wall system. TBF comes with a 50 year guarantee against water damage and mold growth. Once the walls were up, we installed MillCreek waterproof flooring and an inorganic and mold resistant drop ceiling. The job came out great, but more importantly, the right materials were used. This basement will not have mold and odor issues in a the future.
This basement did not have a drainage system, but it did have an old sump pump and drain outside of the stair well that was not functional. We upgraded the sump pump with our SuperSump system, and installed our WaterGuard interior drainage system along the basement walls. This will guarantee that the water will direct from the drain system and into our sump pump for a safe and dry basement. After, we ripped out the old stairwell pad and drain, and replaced it with the correct size of our TrenchDrain. Another Job well done and another dry basement.
A homeowner with a leaky basement and mold problem called us to help. We used our Spot Mold Treatment to rid the space of all signs of mold and then replaced the existing damaged walls with our TBF Everlast walls that are guaranteed to stay mold and moisture free. To keep the basement staying in great condition, we added more of our quality products. The SuperSump sump pump was installed to prevent water from getting into the home and the Cleanspace wall system, WaterGuard and DryTrak systems will be used to capture and send any leaking water to the drain as will the ThermalDry Wall System which improves the basement’s comfort and energy use. The homeowner is very happy with the improved and guaranteed dry basement.
This customer wanted to fix his leaking basement and ensure it stayed dry even in the winter months. Our foreman and his team installed many of our top products to achieve this goal. While the SuperSump sump pump will pump out all unwanted water from the basement, the TrenchDrain and WaterGuard waterproofing systems were installed to guarantee the space stays dry, capturing any water that gets through the cracks and sending it to the pump. We used our ThermalDry wall system to rid wall seepage and help control the humidity. In addition, we added the UltraSump III as a backup sump pump and the IceGuard sump pump discharge line system which will prevent the basement from flooding if the pipes freeze during the winter. With all of these quality products, the customer is now happy with his dry basement and is confident that it will stay that way.
