Basement Waterproofing & Crawl Space Repair in Randallstown

Flooding, water seepage or even high humidity can quickly result in mold growth and water damage in your basement or crawl space. We prevent this from happening by installing an interior drainage system in the basement that is connected to a high volume sump pump. Any water that makes it to the basement is collected and pumped out of the home without you even noticing.

Just like the basement, in the crawl space we similarly place a sump pump system and dehumidifier to prevent water issues. The entire area is encapsulated with vapor barrier to prevent mold growth. Our crawl space system comes with a 25-year warranty.

We Provide:
  • Basement Waterproofing
  • Crawl Space Encapsulation
  • Exclusive, Patented Products
  • Humidity Control
  • Structural Repair
  • Basement Egress Windows
You Receive:
  • Permanently Dry Basement
  • Clean Protected Crawlspace
  • Protection against Mold
  • Improved Home Value

If the walls of the basement or bowing inwards we install wall anchors or braces to straighten the walls. If the floor above the crawl space is sagging we install SmartJack support jacks to raise the floor back to a level position. Our Randallstown waterproofing systems come with lifetime warranties.

Basement Finishing & Remodeling in Randallstown, MD

Waterproofing your basement prevents outside water from coming in but what if a pipe bursts or the water heater leaks inside the home. A newly finished basement done by your average contractor will mold and rot if there is an internal leak. You'll have to tear out your new basement! We fix this issue.

Our Products Include :
  • Waterproof, washable, insulated walls
  • Mold-Resistant, No-Sag suspended ceiling
  • Modular carpet, tile & faux wood flooring
  • Basement egress windows

  • Energy-efficient, double-paned basement windows
  • Attractive Sunhouse basement window wells
  • French, bifold, louvre & six-paneled steel doors

Unlike the average Randallstown contractor we use completely inorganic, waterproof materials. Even if the basement floods your walls and floors will not be damaged by the water. These waterproof products are patented and are built to create an attractive finished basement that lasts a lifetime.

Customer had a standard basement window that was cracked and allowing water to get into the finished basement, the customer reached out to us because they wanted to update the standard window to an Egress with hopes that it would help stop the water from getting into the basement.

For this basement project we installed an Egress Window a Wellduct, Waterguard and a SuperSump Pump. The well duct will direct any water getting in through the window well, down the Waterguard which will then flow to the SuperSump to be pumped out of the basement.

Job Stories From Randallstown, MD
Sump Pump Installation in Randallstown, MD

Recently, we at Basement Systems had the privilege of helping a homeowner in Randallstown, MD, solve a persistently vexing problem. Every time it rained, their finished basement welcomed water. Understandably frustrated and concerned about the potential for long-term damage, they reached out to us for help. The process kicked off with our Customer Care team, who swiftly arranged a home inspection. A System Design Specialist from our Sales Team then took a closer inspection and diagnosed the problem. They recommended a robust solution designed to keep the basement dry irrespective of weather conditions: the installation of our innovative WaterGuard interior drainage system and the TripleSafe Sump Pump. WaterGuard is uniquely designed to sit along the perimeter of the basement, capturing water that seeps in and directing it to the sump pump. The TripleSafe Sump Pump is a workhorse—offering three levels of protection and capable of handling the heaviest of downpours efficiently. Our experienced production team got to work, installing these systems with minimal fuss and utmost professionalism.

Basement Flooding in Randallstown, MD

When a devastating hurricane hit Randallstown, MD, it was a wake-up call for one of our homeowners. Water began seeping into their basement, a problem they had never encountered before. The homeowner reached out to us, distressed by the damage and eager to find a rapid solution. Understanding the urgency, our Customer Care team quickly scheduled a home inspection to assess the extent of the damage. Upon inspection, it was evident that the basement’s inability to handle such an extreme weather event was the core issue. Without any existing waterproofing system in place since the home was acquired in 2015, the basement was vulnerable to any substantial rainfall, let alone a hurricane. Our System Design Specialist diligently examined the basement to devise a tailored solution that would not only address the current problem but also prevent future water damage. The recommended plan included the installation of a robust waterproofing system comprising high-efficiency sump pumps and an effective drainage system to reroute incoming water.

Monolithic Floor in Church Bathroom Waterproofed in Randallstown, MD

The basement in this church had a monolithic foundations. Monolothic foundation are different then standard foundations because the floor is poured as part of the footer and the foundation walls are placed on top of the floor.  This means that we cannot cut the floor to install the traditional sub-floor drainage system to waterproof the basement.

After we removed the walls, toilet, and sink, we installed the DryTrak cove channel system that drains water away without cutting the floor.  The bathroom is waterproofed and ready to be put back together.
