Sump Pumps Photo Album: Pasadena MD Crawlspace Waterproofing

This Pasadena, MD crawlspace was a clean crawlspace, compared to many others, had a partial vapor barrier but had nowhere for the water to go when it would entered the crawlspace. For this project, we installed our SmartSump Pump System, SaniDry Dehumidifier, and a brand-new crawlspace entry door. We also buried the discharge line and added Iceguard in case the discharge line freezes, no water will back up and flood the crawlspace.

SmartSump and SaniDry Dehumidifier

Here is our Smart Sump that comes equipped with a 1/3hp cast iron zoeller pump, an airtight lid, and a water watch alarm. Also installed is our Sanidry Dehumidifier which ties directly into the sump pump so there is no manual emptying required.

Access Well

The access point to the crawlspace contains the access well which we installed a welldrain and a brand new, airtight Everlast crawlspace door.

Ice Guard

Our Iceguard is installed in case the discharge line freezes and water gets backed up, it does not flood in to the crawlspace, but instead, empties on the exterior of the home.
