I would like to personally thank you for your professionalism, understanding, and providing quality repair service outside of your normal servicing areas. In addition, the Service Technician (Dakota) who worked on the sump pump system was exceptional and should be commended for his skillful workmanship

After a long night of manually pumping water out after a power outage rendered our sump pump useless, we hired this company to install a new sump pump pit with a waterproof housing and install a second pump and a battery back up. This was in 2012 and we have never had another sleepless night manually pumping again. Jorge, the installer completed the job quickly and professionally. Since then, they have been back to service and maintenance our entire sump pump system and Jorge always comes. I appreciate that they send the person who installed the system because he knows what to look for. They have honored their warranty and we were able to transfer the remaining warranty to a new buyer after we recently sold the home.

Had sump pit expanded and deepened and new pump installed. Work done on time, neatly, and efficiently. Did not disrupt our routine. Area is clean and upgraded. It is something that does not show itself, but we know the importance of this thing. We have an old, old field stone basement and water is always an issue. The new pit is larger and should cut down on wear for the pump, a battery backup system that give peace of mind for the power outages that come usually in heavy and crazy storms, as Baltimore sometimes gets these.

I was happy with the crew and the installation of the waterproofing system. They had good communication throughout the project time and kept me updated. Also, the trench drain works really well with heavy rain that we have had. 

I write to commend the work done by Mike. He is dedicated, and industrious; and seems to have that knack of quickly diagnosing a problem and fixing it. I guess that comes with experience but not necessarily possessed by all trades folks. My experience with Mike, and he has been to my house now on three occasions, is that he cares and wants to do a good job. If ever I need help in the future, send Mike.I also want to add that I am impressed with the company in general. They seem dedicated to customer satisfaction. I sense they are successful, and I predict they will be around for a long time. That is reassuring to me.

The installation team was great. They were hard-working, courteous and highly skilled. Basement Systems installed a new Triple Sump Pump and they rebuilt our French Drain System in two days.

We had this system installed years ago (after another company failed to solve our water problem in crawl space). It’s been working great ever since. The technician was professional polite and very knowledgeable. He took photos on his iPad so he could show me the system was going n fine working order. He even answeeed questions I had about our radon system.

Mike D was very helpful in explaining the ins and outs of the sump pump system a previous owner had installed. He quickly discovered what my current issue was and was able to fix it that day. Thanks again!

We recently had basement systems install a french drain and sump pump in our basement. Although the crew was polite and respectful of our home things could have turned out better. Specifically the appearance and neatness of the job. So, I sent pictures of those things I considered to be below standard. The response was quick and the end result turned out good. Later, I was concerned about another issue and I got a same day response by their service tech. Jorge. After I showed him my concern he immediately recognized the problem and what needed to be done. With out the help of Dave ,Chris, Tina and Jorge I would have rated the company at 3 stars but because of their dedication to customer service they are 4plus. All good people that just need more time to do the initial install the best that it can be.

I had water leaking into my basement from the wastewater exit pipe. Basement Systems USA tried a repair job from the inside. The next rainfall I had more water leaking in the same spot. The company came back out and dug down from the outside and resealed that way. We've had a few big storms since and not a drop in the basement. Unlike the first company I hired for this repair, Basement Systems stood by their guarantee and did what it took to get it right. Awesome job. Highly recommend!
