We had several leaks in our basement over the years and decided to have it checked out. Jeff from Basement Systems came out and took a look and there was in fact several problems that needed to be addressed. After checking around for the best price we decided to go with Basement Systems and we were not disappointed, it has been almost 4 years and we have not had any water problems. This company was very knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done to keep our basement dry.

Basement Systems installed a SaniDry system in our basement and the results have been incredible. The air quality in our finished basement had been damp, dank and musty smelling until the installation of this system. The SaniDry dehumidifier is powerful, quiet and completely automatic and the basement air quality has never been so good. I can say with complete confidence that this an an investment a homeowner will never regret.

Gary, Edgar, and Jeremiah were excellent!  All 3 of them were a pleasure to have working on our project.  Gary is very knowledgeable and detailed in his work, which is greatly appreciated.   Thank you for having this team work on our basement.  They are hard working and do great work. We used BasementSystemsUSA 4 years ago for a crawlspace and again last year for our entire basement. They were more expensive but did more and used a better system, but out of 4 quotes that we got 4 years ago they were the only ones still in business. We had water and smell in our basement which is why we had them last year, they did a fantastic job and our basement is now great!. I would also be careful of a company that gives a price that is not "exspensive" likely cutting corners and you will not be happy with the result.

Basement Systems USA is a great company to hire to have your basement work done . The crew showed up on time and were very hard workers. After the job was complete they made sure to clean up their mess very well. The foreman answered any questions I had. Basement Systems USA is a great company. I never write reviews but I have to say I was so happy with the work they performed in my basement. I had extreme water damage behind the walls of my finished basement that was never seen by the home inspector a few years back. Over the last year every time it rained I would have small amount of water on my basement floor. Finally in a large rain storm our basement flooded. I called Basement Systems USA and Dave Ryan came to my house, did a full inspection and found the problem areas. His crew came out lead by the foreman Estaban and three days later I have a dry and smell free basement. The installers were great, hardworking and professional. I can't recommend this company enough and I am finally happy I can use my basement!

My home tends to lose power during heavy rainstorms, so this product was an easy decision to make. Special thanks to Bernie who was my installer! He was on time, courteous, and knowledgable. I am extremely impressed with this company. They were highly recommended to me by my sister who used them years ago after she bought the house we grew up in. There was never a time when that basement did not smell damp and musty, and the paneling was getting eaten away from the floor, up, by mold. It didn't take a lot of rain before water would seep through the walls and up through the floor, leaving little puddles in places. It was a stinky wet mess and I thought she was crazy to put money into it. Long story short, Basement Systems did an amazing job, and her basement is now the place we have all of our parties and family gatherings. There isn't a trace of moisture or smell - even after the crazy amount of rain we had this past summer, which is when I started noticing that my own basement was getting water in it. I called my sister to get the name of the company. She said "Call them now. They are the best, and they are going to be busy." She is very opinionated, but she was right!! (I'll deny saying that, if she asks)!! Of course I wanted someone to come out ASAP, but they couldn't fit me in for three weeks. I was a little unhappy at first, but then I thought about what my sister had said, they are busy because they are good. So the day came for my work to start. I was told to expect them between 9:00-10:00, so I figured that meant noon. Nope! 9:12, there was a knock on my door and I was greeted by a man with a smile on his face and a crew ready to work. The foreman introduced himself and asked if I would do a quick walk-through with him to make sure all of my issues were addressed. We headed downstairs, and the crew immediately started bringing equipment and materials from their truck to the back entrance of the basement. I showed him where the water had come in and he explained what they would be doing. I was steeling myself to hear that it was a "bigger problem then he thought from what the salesman had estimated...blah, blah, blah". When that didn't happen, I told him what I had been thinking. He laughed and said that their inspectors (which, it turns out, is what they call their sale people) are very educated about their products and the work involved. He asked me if I had any questions, I didn't, so they got right to work. I peeked in a few times to offer drinks, etc, and they were cruising along like a well-oiled machine. They were all very polite and friendly,finished a little ahead of schedule, and cleaned up to where it looked better than when they started. We've had some hard rain, and after washing my car, I forgot to turn off the hose, and it ran for over 3 hours, right against the front wall of my house, and my basement is as dry as a bone! It was actually a pleasure dealing with this company - from the person who set up my estimate, to the crew who did the work. I believe they have integrity and I would recommend them, without hesitation, to anyone in need of this kind of work. I'm almost ready to have them back for my total basement finishing!! Just need to get rid of some of my junk!!!

If I had know this 10 years ago, I would have definitely had this new sump pump system and drains put in then. I worried for years any time we had a strong and continuous rain that I would get water in due to the way the back yard was landscaped. I give the company great reviews and the installers were absolutely tremendous. I would definitely recommend them

I contacted the company regarding my dirt crawl space and moisture that was coming through into the home. They came out and encapsulated the crawl space turning it into a clean, dry and moisture free space. I am happy with the work that was done and the team that did the work answered all my questions and were efficient .
