In Newark, DE, a homeowner had a basement that was only partially finished. With one enclosed room and a functional bathroom, the rest of the space remained open, bare, and underutilized. When Basement Systems USA came in, we set out to transform this basement from unfinished to polished, with a look that would make the whole space feel complete. The before and after contrast was striking – what was once an empty, incomplete area had become a warm, inviting space that could be used for a variety of purposes.
The homeowner couldn’t believe the transformation, and he was genuinely excited about the finished look. With his input and our expertise, we were able to create a basement that not only matched his original vision but exceeded his expectations. It’s a project that shows just how much potential an unfinished basement holds.
We refinished this now beautiful Newark basement.
Many basements have a low ceiling, but that does not mean that we can't make it look beautiful. We painted this ceiling black, and the duct work red. it looks amazing and the customer loved it.
Homeowners in Bear, Delaware, reached out to us at Basement Systems USA, they were dealing with persistent backyard flooding after heavy rains. Upon arrival, we conducted a comprehensive assessment of the landscape and drainage patterns around the property. It became evident that a customized Lawnscape system was the most effective solution to redirect the water away from the backyard and prevent future flooding.
Our team installed a Lawnscape system specifically designed to integrate seamlessly with the natural contours of the yard, effectively channeling water away from the home’s foundation. This system not only helped manage the water flow but also blended well with the existing landscape, maintaining the yard’s aesthetic appeal. After the installation, the homeowners were delighted with how the solution worked.
This customer had a partially finished basement which they were ready to complete by adding a full bathroom and a laundry area. The bathroom was completed with not only a brand new shower, toilet and sink install but with Millcreek flooring and our Everlast WallSystem. To complete the rest of the basement we used that same Millcreek flooring throughout, Zenwall Paneling system and also installed a new drop ceiling.
