RainDrop Gutter Guard Install in Wilmington DE
Part of this basement waterproofing project was installing out RainDrop Gutter Guard. The Gutter Guard is compatible with all roof types and gutter styles and is durable and resilient. RainDrop is made of Polypropylene and will not dent, warp or peel and is resistant to mold and mildew.
Wilmington DE Window Well Upgrade
This customer reached out to Basement Systems USA in need of a window well upgrade. Current Window well was rusting, cracking and starting to pull away from the foundation it was fastened in to. We came out and installed our Sunhouse well with a Sunhouse cover. Our Sunhouse wells are made from durable, high strength plastic that will never rust or rot and includes a vinyl floor that will keep out moisture and dirt.

This Wilmington, DE home had water seeping into the basement so the homeowner contacted us for a solution. Customers standard Sump pump just could not keep up with the amount of water he was getting into his basement. We took care of this by installing an UltraSump Pump which will remove 12,000 gallons of water on a fully charged battery.
Waterproofing and Egress work in Newtown Square, PA
The customers original Egress window was not properly sealed and was allowing water to leak into the basement, we came out and replaced the old Egress Window, installed an Egress Rockwell Premier Cover, Well Duct and a Triple Safe Sump Pump.
