Basement Systems installed a new Triple Sump Pump and they rebuilt our French Drain System in two days. The installation team was great. They were hard-working, courteous and highly skilled.

Very professional throughout the process – from the initial phone call all the way to the follow up call after I had work done. Pete, the owner came out and spent a long time going through the options and ideas. Based upon this meeting, I can see how he has built a first-class operation. Perfect in every way. I decided to have them install a dehumidification system. Jorge, the installer was great - very professional. Explained what he was doing, cleaned up after himself, took the time to explain how the unit works and let me know how to use it. Really a nice guy. I would recommend them to anyone.

Wanted to compliment Basement Systems on the work that was done at my house in September, normally people only call when there is a complaint to be made but I wanted to call in and compliment Basemet Systems and especially Bernie and his team for doing such a great job at my property.

From estimate to completion, I was very impressed with Basement Systems USA. The estimator happened to be the owner (Pete). While there certainly is a presentation as part of the estimate, I never felt pressured to buy. The tasks to fix the issues and the reason behind them were thoughtfully detailed and explained. The install went very well and I felt at ease with how the job was progressing mainly due the foreman, Larry Robinson. Larry was very personable and truly cared about making sure that I was a satisfied customer. When additional work was needed, he showed me exactly what the issue was and clearly defined what needed to be done. Again, I never felt that I was being pressured or sold something that I didn't need. As of 2 weeks later, I can say that I'm very pleased with the system that was installed.
