We had previously done some waterproofing in this customers basement which included an install of a SuperSump Pump with Battery Backup and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. The customer reached out to us more recently because they were now ready to finish waterproofing the rest of their basement.

To complete this waterproofing system we installed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier for any water that is intruding through the finished wall, this barrier will direct the water down to the Waterguard that was installed and then over to the SuperSump to be pumped out and away from their home. 

A homeowner in Severna Park, MD contacted us to repair their damp crawl space since there was moisture and humidity. This can happen from the earth's elements seeping into the crawl space and causing issues such as rotting wood, increased energy bills, and even mold growth. To fix this issue before it got worse, we sent our System Design Specialist Chris, to provide an inspection. Chris suggested installing an encapsulation system to completely separate the crawl space from the earth's elements. Customer had concerns that when it rained, water was coming in through the wall, dripping down and puddling on the floor. To correct this, we installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier on the wall, Waterguard was installed along the perimeter which directs the water coming in, to our SuperSump Pump.
