After years of exposure to the elements, the metal frame had corroded, allowing drafts and moisture to seep into their basement. The homeowners were interested in replacing it with something similar but more durable.

Upon inspection, we recommended our EverLast basement window. Not only is it resistant to rust and moisture, but it also provides better insulation, helping to protect the home from weather changes. Our team carefully removed the old, rusted window and expertly installed the EverLast replacement. This was a long time customer of ours, we had previously done some minor waterproofing in the basement and crawlspace as well. This project was for window replacements. We came out and replaced 3 basement windows with our EverLast slider windows.

We installed an all-vinyl, energy efficient EverLast Basement Window. These windows are airtight but easy to open. When unlocked, both panes can be removed for cleaning or for passing objects through – like a ladder or another item you’d rather not carry through your house. 

We also installed a WellDuct window well drain in the window well outside. This drain is connected into the interior WaterGuard system to prevent window well flooding. Finally, we upgraded their pump to our 1/3 hp Zoeller pump.
