Foundation Repair Before & After Photos

This basement not only needed a Cleanspace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard and SuperSump Pump to correct the water seepage, but also needed Flexispan to correct some cracks along the walls and our Geo Lock Anchor System to correct the bowing in wall. 

Customer reached out to us with concerns of the top poriton of their foundation wall was bowing inward about 2 to 3 inches and feared after time this would only get worse. 

Our solution for this bowing foundation wall was to install 5 Full Wall Channel Anchors which will permanetley stabilize the foundation wall and in time, can straighten the wall back towards its original position.

Customer reached out to us stating there were several questionable cracks in the block foundation that it needed to be assessed.  Once we came out and evaluated the cracks in question, our solution for  this wall was to install 6 Carbon Armor, Carbon Fiber Strips with 6 Armor lock kits. This solution will permanetly stabilize the homes foundation wall.

This customer already had foundation repair done on one side of her basement, then little by little the other side started to show signs of cracking throughout the block foundation. Worried about those foundation cracks, she reached out to us for help.

We came out and installed 11 Carbon Armor Strips. The Carbon Armor Strips contour tightly against the foundation wall and straps to the floor joist making a quick stabilization process for bowing or leaning walls. 

This basement had a bowing wall, causing cracking and separation of the block. We installed the PowerBrace wall stabilization system to permanently stabilize this home's foundation wall. It comes with a 25-year warranty against further bowing, tipping or shearing. In addition, this system has the ability to be tightened periodically over time, putting reverse pressure on the bowing wall which helps to straighten it.  We also installed ThermalWall vapor barrier to keep moisture out and the warm air in.
